5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice due to a breach or other conditions as outlined in the service agreement.

7. Liability: Acuron is not liable for indirect damages, and results such as website traffic or rankings are not guaranteed.

8. Modifications: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
